FactualTV takes the privacy of its users seriously. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing a personalised and useful service. This Privacy Policy statement explains the data processing standards of FactualTV. To offer you a useful service we request some information from you and we automatically collect other information about your usage of our services. This allows us to offer you the best service possible, and we understand the critical importance of personal privacy and want you to understand how we handle your personal information.
FactualTV provides an online library of documentaries and factual programs from content owners which can be viewed and downloaded via our website, FactualTV.com. Our service, including the Content Library and any other features, tools, applications, materials or other services offered from time to time by FactualTV in connection with our business on any of the Sites are referred to collectively as the "FactualTV Services".
By visiting the FactualTV Site (whether or not you are a registered member) or using any of the FactualTV Services on any of the Sites, you are accepting this Privacy Policy. If you do not want information about you to be used in the manner set forth in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the FactualTV Services.

FactualTV collects personally identifiable information in order to establish and enhance our relationship with you. Also, it helps us deliver a first class user experience. When we collect personally identifiable information from you it is because you are voluntarily submitting the information to us in order to enjoy certain FactualTV Services or because you want us to provide you with certain content, services or information. We collect statistics on your browsing behaviour (such as IP Address and operating system) as well as on your viewing behaviour in relation to distributed content and advertisements viewed.

To improve the service and quality of FactualTV we allow users to submit bug reports, feature requests, and other feedback to us. You can also file questions to us. To offer you the best feedback and support We maintain certain information, such as your username, email address, provided feedback and the time of the request.

FactualTV uses cookies to help personalise your use of our site. User Data may be transferred outside the FactualTV group of companies to data processors such as fulfilment houses but they will act only on our instructions to provide the services required.

This policy is effective from 30th of April 2008. From time to time we may make changes to this privacy policy statement to reflect any changes to our privacy practices in accordance with changes to legislation, best practice or service enhancements.
